Yes, there will always be a ‘Starter Plan’ free forever. A Starter plan provides you with 30 posts per month per 1 Social Account and 3 Team members including Admin in project. Your 30 posts per month are counted towards your total when they’re saved as a draft or scheduled, not when they’re posted, and they reset on every next month.
Project is our way of saying your brand or project of your work. 1 Project can be connected 1 Social Media Account per platform.
Free plan, that means you can connect 1 Facebook account and 1 Instagram account at the same time in project.
Talent plan, Business plan, and Thrive plan, that means you can connect 1 Facebook account , 1 Instagram account, and 1 LINE OA account at the same time in 1 Project.
Post is our way of saying your Content for publishing. That means 1 post is equal with 1 content for publishing. It is counted towards your total post quota on each plan.
Free plan, that means you can create 30 posts / 1 Social Account = 30 Contents for 1 Facebook and another 30 for 1 Instagram.
Talent plan, that means you can create 60 posts per 1 Social Account = 60 Contents for 1 Facebook, 60 for 1 Instagram, and another 60 for 1 LINE OA.
Business plan, that means you can create 200 posts per 1 Social Account = 200 Contents for 1 Facebook, 200 for 1 Instagram, and another 200 for 1 LINE OA.
Thrive plan, that means you can create Unlimited posts = Unlimited Contents for publishing.
Yes! If you subscribe to ‘Starter plan’ you’ll can post to multi-channel platform for 30 posts / 1 Social Account per month, that means 1 Post can be published to 1 Facebook account and 1 Instagram account at the same time. Its counted from number of posts not platform.
If you subscribe to paid plan, Talent plan, Business plan, and Thrive plan, that means 1 post you can publish to 1 Facebook account, 1 Instagram account, 1 LINE OA account, and More Platform in the future at the same time.

However with Priority Support, when you contact our support team, you’ll be sent to the front of our support queue for a quicker response from one of our dedicated experts. Our support team is specially trained to help you get the most out of your DoWize account and is there to help you troubleshoot any problems you encounter.
Yes! If you want to upgrade to a more expensive plan, we’ll calculate and issue the difference remaining post quota to your account next month.
If you’re downgrading to a cheaper plan, its can not be refunded and your remaining post quota will be expired within that month.
All refunds must be submitted request within fourteen(14) days of the purchase date in the first month only.

We will assess refund or credit requests on their merits. There is generally no obligation to provide a refund or credit in situations like the following:
– you have changed your mind about your subscription;
– you subscribed by mistake;
– you ask for goodwill; or
– you can no longer access any of your desired function because they have been removed from DoWize.co (we advise you to Cancel your subscription for next month instead).

For all paid plan, If you are not satisfied with DoWize.co you may cancel your DoWize.co subscription at anytime! but you won’t be issued a refund after using more than 14 days.
